Many Christian business leaders wrestle with the weight of leading well while feeling stretched thin, disconnected from their faith, or uncertain about their true impact. At the FCCI Gathering, coach Daniel Harkavy, CEO of Building Champions, will guide you through this struggle with wisdom from 25 years of coaching leaders at Nike, Chick-fil-A, and beyond. Through powerful main sessions, Daniel will equip you with practical frameworks to strengthen self-leadership, anchor your decisions in God’s purpose, and overcome the drift that threatens your legacy—empowering you to lead with clarity, build thriving teams, and make a lasting Kingdom difference.

Former Mortgage Banking & Litigation Attorney, CEO of Triumph of Hope
Jahan’s life story is replete with trials, tragedies, and triumphs. She is a classic example of how God’s shining light cannot be overcome by darkness.
Jahan’s Father, a military commander in Uganda was assassinated when she was just six years old. Following his death, Jahan’s family was robbed of everything, and they became destitute. Jahan was raised Muslim until her dramatic conversion to Christianity. Jahan migrated from Uganda to England, and finally to Birmingham, AL.
As a Mortgage Banking & Litigation attorney, Jahan practiced law at the law firm of Sirote & Permutt, in Birmingham, AL, and then went on to became a non-profit executive managing two sister organizations with operations in Israel.
Jahan is now in full-time ministry, and is the CEO of Triumph of Hope, a non-profit she founded to ignite others with a love and passion for Jesus. She travels and speaks widely preaching the Gospel and sharing her inspirational story in both Christian and secular settings. Her heart is to bring hope, salvation, and deliverance to people who now struggle as hard as she once did.
